Zombie Woof by Dweezil and Steve Vai.  Watch Steve's Solo toward starting around 3:00 and goes till almost the end.  5:38 is my favorite part of the solo.
Frank Zappas version was better but you still can't beat the composition skills.  Much like nunchuck skills or bow staff skills.
