I took some pictures while outside this past weekend. We had temperatures in the low 80s and the plants are starting to bloom.

These guys had fired up a gas-powered, remote controlled jet boat on the Carson River.

I have a new camera, an older model but it's new to me. I have been putting up with a terrible Kodak Easyshare for the last two years. I got a used Fuji Finepix yesterday and stoked to actually get out somewhere remote and use it. Finally, colors should be represented as they should be. I've noticed already that it's a bit saturated with red but that's a whole lot better than the flat, dull shots I've been used to.
